Schon mal einen richtig guten Hamburger gegessen? Nicht so ein Teil wie bei McD oder B-King oder so einen spanischen Burger, sonder einen mit leckerem Brot und richtigem Fleisch. Es scheint als gäbe es ein paar Orte in Barcelona wo man so einen bekommt. Bei www.thebestburgerinbarcelona.com gibt es Anregung und ich hoffe ich werde dazu kommen ein paar der erwähnten Restaurants zu besuchen. Castelldefels Playa

Finally some sun! Plenty of people rushed to the beasch of Casteldellfels, just outside of Barcelona, to catch some sun and have lunch outside.
Castelldelfels can be reached by train or bus roughly within 20 min from Barcelona.

Surfing in Barcelona is best in autumn. These guys brought their surfboards to Barceloneta, the first beach in Barcelona which you can easily reach by Metro.

Llobregat Delta Nature Reserve

Close to the airport of Barcelona lies the Llobregat Delta. Two lagoons make up a nature reserve, which despite constant airport traffic attracts plenty of birds. A walk to the nearby beach is worth wile. Take the highway to Casteldelfells or the bus 95 and get out at ‘El Camping del Toro’.

Sitges Beach

Sitges not only has nice little cafes and shops, but also a few small beaches. Who wants to mix sunbathing and shopping, is at the right spot. Sitges is close to Barcelona, a train ride from the Sants Station will take you there in 30min.

This fabulous beach is roughly one hour train ride from Barcelona, one train stop before Tarragona.
Blue water, nice sand… great for disconnecting and forgetting the trouble of a city.

Cafe Zurich

Cafe Zurich must be the center of Barcelona. Located on the corner of Plaza Catalunya and at the beginning of la Rambla, Cafe Zurich is situated at a junction which connects Barrio Gotico with the Eixample and the west of the city with the east. Mixing up with all the people who pass this place when crossing Barcelona from one side to the other are the tourists arriving in Barcelona or visiting la Rambla. Cafe Zurich has established as a common meeting point and is a great place for watching people.

Plaza Real by Night

Plaza Real in the old Gothic District is always busy by night. The fountain in the center of the square is typical meeting point and there are plenty of bars and clubs you can visit nearby.
